Originally from Yorkshire in the north of England, I have lived in British Columbia for 15 years.
A few years ago, I came to the Columbia Valley on holiday, fell in love with the place and never left. It is a privilege to wake up every morning on the shores of Columbia Lake, cradled between the Rockies and the Purcell mountains, and I still have to pinch myself sometimes, to make sure I’m not dreaming.
My approach to real estate is this: your property is your home, but your home is so much more than the materials it is made from. Our homes are comfort, shelter, joy and love. We build our lives in them and make our memories in them.
Buying a home is one of the most important decisions we ever make in our lives, and I want to make the process as easy as possible for you.
I am unashamedly sociable and an effective communicator, but one of my biggest strengths is that I am also a great listener, and I always seek to fully understand my clients’ needs.
I am committed to a ‘people first’ approach that puts the client at the heart of every real estate transaction. Threaded through everything is my desire to connect and find solutions.
I became adept at negotiating and resourceful problem-solving in my previous life as a teacher and school advisor. I now use the full range of skills developed through those roles to provide smooth, stress-free and joyful experiences for my clients, who can expect the highest level of service provided with integrity and respect.
With an organised and dedicated approach, and services tailored to your needs, whether you are looking to buy or looking to sell, let me make your experience with me feel like you’re coming home.
